Hydraulic-pneumatic Hammer
As upgraded energy-saving substitute product of steam hammer, hydraulic-pneumatic hammer consists of driver, the operation system of the falling parts, hammer body, anvil block, hydraulic system and electronic control system. Basing on the principal of ¡°driven by pneumatic pressure while energy accumulated by hydraulic pressure¡±, the pump- accumulator driving equipment is adopted. So, the hammer can be lifted and dropped quickly by controlling the main operating valves and quick release valves harmoniously. Furthermore, electro-hydraulic hammer can blow either heavily, softly or continuously, and can also be hung, drawn or stopped at any place. It is qualified in upset forging, drawing out, pre-forging, final forging and multi-step forging.
